What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and shipped, we’re unable to make any changes. Please contact us here to arrange an exchange or credit.
What does Final Sale mean?
Discounted items have been reduced in price and are a final sale.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on ‘Track It’ and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to us through our contact form here.
I think my package may be lost?!
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out through our contact form here as soon as possible. Or call us at 780-905-7131. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What is an e-gift card?
An e-gift card is a credit that you can apply to purchase. You can redeem an e-gift card at checkout. If you select it as the payment option at checkout it will be applied to your purchase order.
